What does the ₹199 include?

Will there be a replay if I can't attend live?
Yes — everyone who registers gets the recording. But the live Q&A and the Google Maps demo are best experienced in the room, so come live if you can.
Do I need any feng shui experience?
None at all. Everything is taught from scratch and made practical. If you can open Google Maps, you can follow along.
Should I prepare anything?
Optional, but powerful: bring a listing or floor plan of a property you're actually considering, and we may read it together.
Will it be one long sales pitch?
No. It's a real, value-packed teaching session. I'll mention how to go deeper at the end for anyone who wants it — but you'll leave with skills you can use that day either way.
