How to Use Your Bracelet

• Wear on your left wrist to receive the crystal's energy into your body, or on the right wrist to project that energy outward into your work and relationships.

How to Charge & Cleanse Your Crystal

• Cleanse before first use: Hold under gently running water for 30 seconds, or place on a selenite plate overnight to clear any absorbed energies. (Avoid water for selenite and pyrite – use smoke or sound cleansing instead.)
• Smoke cleansing: Pass through the smoke of sage, palo santo, or your favourite incense while setting the intention to release stagnant energy.
